There are typically two types of arrangements:

GATEKEEPER

You pay your bills and deposit your sales throughout the month. At the end of the month, we access your key documents and do the rest.

  • Review of postings
  • Correcting journal entries

This arrangement can be done monthly or quarterly depending on the volume and your needs. It is recommended for owners who feel comfortable handling the day-to-day transactions and using the financial systems and software already in place; however, they want a professional to come behind them and make sure the data is compiled accurately. It is also the least expensive package of services offered.

FULL-CHARGE

We act as your accounting department. We do it all for you!

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Invoicing/billing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Financial statements
  • Management reports

This arrangement is recommended for owners who have grown their business in volume to the point where they can no longer handle the work themselves and want to outsource these tasks instead of hiring staff or using expensive CPA firms.
